Piano Faculty

Teaching has always been an integral part of my musical career. I have been fortunate to have worked and studied with many fine musicians locally and throughout the world, and through teaching, I strive to fashion from those experiences the little stepping stones for students to cultivate their musical gifts. I received my degree in ethnomusicology (feel free to ask me what that is!), along with a Spanish minor, from the University of California, Los Angeles. Currently, I am writing a collection of music for each of my piano students, inspired by their personalities, ability level, and unique strengths.
