Evelyn
Evelyn is a Soprano and teacher from California. As a teacher, Evelyn believes that music is for everyone and anyone, at any stage of life. She is passionate about helping students discover their authentic voice and piano playing technique while fostering both technical growth and artistic expression. Evelyn emphasizes healthy, efficient vocal technique grounded in vocal anatomy, promoting freedom and ease of sound, avoiding tension-based methods. She strives to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore, express, and challenge themselves. She believes music is a gift meant to be explored and shared by all.
Evelyn Pan graduated with a B.A. in Music studying classical voice from California Baptist University. She has studied opera performance under Juilliard-trained instructors. In addition to her operatic training, she has performed across multiple genres, including musical theater and pop. Alongside her vocal background, Evelyn has over 12 years of classical piano training, with extensive experience in both performance and competition. Her achievements include top honors from the California Music Educators Association for voice and high distinction in GUILD piano examinations. She is now enjoying focusing on teaching, sharing her passion for music with students of all ages and helping them discover their own musical potential.
