CCM opened its Fremont school in 2025, our third location after Sunnyvale and Redwood City. Families in Fremont, Newark, Union City and Milpitas now get the same private lessons and the same recitals, without the long drive.
Every lesson is one-on-one with a university-trained teacher, for students from age four through adulthood. The school is at 3890 Mowry Avenue, Suite 200, with parking on site and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby for parents who wait.
Your first lesson is a free trial lesson. We provide a guitar, violin or piano for it, so you don’t need an instrument to get started.

Guitar Lessons in Fremont
Guitar lessons at CCM’s Fremont school are private, one-on-one lessons for students from age 4 to adult, including complete beginners just starting their musical journey. Suzuki guitar is available too.
CCM guitar students took the top four places at the James Stroud Guitar Competition at the Cleveland Institute of Music. They have won first prizes at the Guitar Foundation of America’s International Youth Competition, been named YoungArts finalists, and been featured on NPR’s From the Top.

Piano Lessons in Fremont
CCM’s Fremont school offers private piano lessons for students from age 4 to adult.
Students learn to read music, play with good technique and posture, and work on pieces they’re proud of. Our Fremont piano teachers can also prepare students for exams such as ABRSM, RCM and more.
We teach adults too, from first-time beginners to people coming back to the piano after years away. Our adult students even have recitals of their own.
We love this place for music lessons for our kids. Our piano teacher is super patient with both of our kids, and they love their piano lessons.

Violin Lessons in Fremont
Violin lessons at CCM’s Fremont school are private, one-on-one lessons for students from age 4 to adult, including complete beginners just starting their musical journey. Suzuki violin is available too.
We provide a violin for the free trial lesson, and our teachers can help you find an affordable one in the right size afterward.

Voice and Singing Lessons in Fremont
Voice lessons and singing lessons are the same thing at CCM. At our Fremont school, students work one-on-one with a university-trained teacher on breathing, healthy vocal technique and ear training, using songs they want to sing.
We teach children, teens and adults in pop, musical theater, jazz and classical styles. Many of our students are complete beginners just starting their musical journey, and we also help singers prepare for auditions. Our adult students even have recitals of their own.

We’re at 3890 Mowry Avenue, Suite 200, Fremont, CA 94538, in Fremont Plaza. There’s parking on site, and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Families come to us from Fremont, Newark, Union City, Milpitas and Warm Springs.
What instruments do you teach in Fremont?
Piano, guitar, violin and voice, all in private one-on-one lessons with university-trained teachers. Suzuki guitar and Suzuki violin are available for young beginners.
Do you offer singing lessons in Fremont?

Do we need an instrument at home?
Yes, students need an instrument to practice on between lessons. For piano, a keyboard with 88 weighted keys works well, and there are many rental options around the Bay Area. Our teachers are happy to help you choose the right instrument and size.
Can every student perform in recitals?
Yes. Recitals are free and open to every student, adults included. Fremont students perform alongside students from our Sunnyvale and Redwood City schools each winter and June at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts.
What are your hours?
The Fremont school is open 9am to 8pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday. We’re closed on Sunday.
