A dedicated and enthusiastic musician, pianist, and piano teacher Kingsley is committed to sharing the joys of piano and music with the audiences and students.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, he started his musical journey at the age of 5. His talent quickly established himself as a versatile musician, earning his Trinity ATCL diploma at age 16 and winning numerous awards in local competitions. Kingsley was further recognized as a recipient of the White Ink Box Scholarship during his undergraduate years and was named a runner-up of the 2025 SFCM Piano Concerto Competition. Having performed extensively in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Japan and the United States as both a soloist and a chamber performer, his performances have been widely praised for his extremely committed interpretations and heartfelt musicality.

Kingsley earned his Bachelor's Degree at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts under the guidance of pianist Dr. Cheng Wai and his Master's Degree at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music under pianist Prof. Corey McVicar. He has also received mentorship from distinguished artists and pedagogues such as Paul Lewis, Maxim Mogilevsky, Vanessa Latarche, Makoto Ueno and Du Huang.

In addition to performing, Kingsley is deeply passionate about teaching his students the wonders of music. His pedagogy skills were recognized through receiving a personal invitation into joining the advanced pedagogy program "Teach SFCM" in 2025. Having taught students of all ages and skill levels, many of them have earned Distinctions in ABRSM examinations and winning top prizes in local competitions.
